Cynthia Sheppeard is a member of the Class of 2019 Leadership Greater Topeka (LGT), which invites community leaders to learn about how they can positively influence the challenges facing Topeka and Shawnee County.
Cyndi and her LGT class graduated on May 15, 2019 with a luncheon at the Cyrus Hotel.
