Miranda K. Carmona joined Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer LLP and practices in the areas of estate planning, corporate law, tax, probate, and tax-exempt organizations. She received her Juris Doctor with a certificate in Tax from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2004.

Ms. Carmona graduated from Kansas State University with a Master of Accountancy in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2000. She successfully completed the Uniform Certified Public Accountants Examination in 2008.

Ms. Carmona was admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Kansas in 2004. She is a member of the Kansas and Topeka Bar Associations. She is a past Chair of the Stormont Vail Foundation, past Board Member of Topeka Public Schools Foundation, Topeka Performing Arts Center, YWCA, Kansas Woman’s Attorney Association and past President of Women Attorney’s Association of Topeka. She was appointed to the Kansas Child Support Guidelines Advisory Committee in 2024.
