N. Larry Bork joined Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer LLP in 1989, and has long been rated AV in the Martindale-Hubbell attorney ratings. For many years he has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers® in the fields of medical malpractice defense, insurance law, and personal injury litigation defense, and was selected as the Lawyer of the Year in Topeka for personal injury litigation defense on four occasions. Mr. Bork has also been selected by Super Lawyers in the fields of medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense and insurance law.

Mr. Bork graduated from the Creighton University School of Law in 1983, where he served on the moot court board, and authored a law review article. As a graduate teaching assistant at Kansas State University, he focused on wildlife biology. He earned his undergraduate degree from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska in 1978, with degrees in biology, natural sciences and secondary education. Mr. Bork was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Washburn University, teaching civil procedure in the paralegal curriculum, from 1986 to 1989.

He is admitted to practice in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma, and has appeared in state courts in Iowa pro hac vice on multiple occasions. He is admitted in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. He is also admitted in the United States District Courts for Kansas and the Western District of Missouri. He is a member of the Kansas, Nebraska, and Topeka Bar Associations, the Topeka Lawyers Club, Kansas SOABS and the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel.

Mr. Bork has served as president of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Communities in Schools of Kansas, and Topeka Public Schools Foundation. He has also been on the boards of Sunflower Soccer Association, Topeka Round-Up Club, the Topeka 20-30 Club, the Heritage Club and Menninger Clinic of Kansas and participated in the Leadership Greater Topeka program.
